Water augmentation plans are legally-binding decrees of the Colorado Water Court. They describe the conditions and restrictions that apply to the residential wells in King's Deer. All well owners must abide by the terms of these decrees when using their wells. Most properties in King's Deer are subject to either the 93 Water Augmentation Plan or the 94 Water Augmentation Plan. The 2019 Water Augmentation Plan only applies to properties on which owners have purchased additional water rights. The HOA can identify the augmentation plan applicable to each King's Deer property.
