This package contains forms, instructions, checklist, etc. Please be sure you are submitting the current version (dated June 15, 2014) of the Construction Project Application; do not use older versions.

ACC Decisions: Applicants will be notified by mail of ACC decisions only after the ACC has reviewed and approved the meeting minutes. Please allow up to two weeks following the ACC meeting to receive mail notification. HOA policy prohibits releasing ACC decisions prior to ACC approval of the minutes. However, applicants may attend the ACC meetings to hear the ACC discussion and decision. Minutes will be posted on this web site when approved.
