The King’s Deer Community Garage Sale is the only HOA-sponsored garage sale event of the year. Whether you’re clearing out clutter or hunting for treasures, this is one of the area’s biggest neighborhood sales in El Paso County.

Garage Sale Hours
Suggested sale hours are 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, but each resident may choose the days and hours that work best for them. Residents may participate in any or all of the three sale days.

Goodwill Donations
Goodwill of Colorado thanks all King’s Deer owners who donated at the August 2026 donation event. The generosity of the community resulted in thousands of items receiving a second life, instead of ending up in the landfill.
