This is the only garage sale sponsored by the King's Deer Homeowners Association in 2024. Don't miss this annual opportunity to participate in one of north El Paso County's largest garage sale events!

King's Deer residents who want their address included on the garage sale map should contact the HOA office by email (admin@kingsdeer.org) not later than Sunday, August 4. Please put "Garage Sale" and your address in the subject line of the email, and include your name and phone number so we can contact you if necessary; names and phone numbers will not be included in the map. You may include a short list (about three lines of typed text) of items you'll have available. We suggest you include the days you plan to participate if it will not be all three days.
