The King’s Deer Community Garage Sale is the only HOA-sponsored garage sale event of the year. Whether you’re clearing out clutter or hunting for treasures, this is one of the area’s biggest neighborhood sales in El Paso County.

Garage Sale Hours
Suggested sale hours are 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, but each resident may choose the days and hours that work best for them. Residents may participate in any or all of the three sale days.
