Online submissions are preferred; however, ACC Applications can also be requested by contacting the HOA.

Submit Your Water Reading

All King’s Deer properties have residential wells that are subject to legally binding decrees and annual reporting requirements. Each September, Water Meter Notices are mailed to homeowners, and readings are due between October 1 and October 31.

Owners can now submit their well meter readings and required photo quickly and easily online—just be sure to submit on time to avoid late fees.

Check here for guidance on how to read your meter, and learn more about our Water Meter Reading Policy.

Report a Violation

If you suspect there is a Covenant Violation within the community, use this form to report it to the HOA Manager. You will need to report your address as well as the nearest address or area where the violation occurs.

Your contact information is required for submission, but all reports are handled confidentially.
